Web Analytics is not a stand-alone solution, but must be integrated into the existing reporting and controlling architecture, as well as the business management environment of the customer. Junctions with other "data worlds" as well as data warehouses or ERP systems must be constructed during the evaluation phase, so that this exchange may function as smoothly as possible (interfaces). It is necessary to create a precise integration concept of the technology, and to insure with immaculate documentation resources that all KPIs and their icons are monitored with specific tracking elements.
